AcadNETwork like any well behaved forum has its RSS feed to keep you informed of the site activity. 

The main RSS feed is http://feeds.feedburner.com/acadnetwork ; it will show you new posts (topics and replies), for all the boards.

If you want to go further and need a RSS feed for a particular board, for example, let's say you need a feed for new posts about the ".NET newbie" forum only, you would use http://www.acadnetwork.com/.xml/type,rss/board-10/ where "10" is the board number... and so on for the other boards.

Now to go even further, if you need to see only new topics and not the replies, you would use http://www.acadnetwork.com/.xml/type,rss/sa,news/board-10/
